Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day where possible.

Netherlands: 1 to 3 working days
Europe: 3 to 8 working days
Outside Europe: 7 to 14 working days

We ship to more than 230 countries worldwide. After dispatch you receive a confirmation email with a track and trace link.

Over 50 euro shipping is free, wherever you are. Below that you pay what PostNL charges us; you see the exact amount at checkout once you have picked your country.

For orders going to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees may apply. Those costs are for the recipient and are usually charged on delivery.
