14 days to change your mind, money back.

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. Use the return form or send an email to retour@nanoshieldstore.nl. Once you have our confirmation, you have 14 days to send the product back.

During the period in which you decide whether to keep the product, please handle the product and its packaging with care. Damaged or used products cannot be returned.

We would be glad if you keep the original packaging intact.

Once we have received the product, we refund the full purchase amount within 3 working days. The cost of return shipping is for the buyer.

How to return an item

The product has to come back complete, including all accessories supplied. Fill in the return form and include it with the product. Return shipping costs are yours.
